Getting help
Where to report a bug, ask for a feature, or reach a person.
Inside the app
Docs, next to My profile at the top of every page, opens this documentation in a new tab — so you can look something up in the middle of a check-in without losing it.
Feedback, in the navigation. Every role can use it.
Pick a type — Bug, Feature idea or Other — give it a subject and a message, and send. Your previous submissions are listed on the same page, so you can see what you have already told us.
This is the fastest route for anything about the product itself. It arrives with your shop attached, which means nobody has to ask you which shop you mean.
What makes a bug report useful
Three things, and they take a minute:
- What you did — the page, and the buttons in order.
- What happened, in the app's own words. The exact message on screen beats a paraphrase.
- What you expected instead.
If it involves a specific visit, the turn number and the date are enough to find it. If it involves your booking page, say which services and which day a customer was trying to book — that is what makes a slot problem reproducible.
Before reporting a booking problem
Most "my booking page is broken" reports turn out to be configuration, and you can check faster than we can:
- Is the day open in Settings → Weekly hours?
- Is the service enabled?
- On Barbershop, is anybody assigned to that service and working that day?
How available slots work walks the whole chain, with the usual causes in order.
The FAQ
The frequently asked questions cover the short answers — trials, plans, languages, exports, how turn numbers work. Quicker than these guides when you already half know the answer.
By email
info@barbernexa.com for anything that does not fit the form: billing questions, account trouble, something you would rather not type into the app, or getting in touch when you cannot sign in at all.
Things only the owner can do
If you are stuck on something billing-shaped, check whether it needs the owner before reporting it as a bug:
- Changing the plan.
- Updating the payment method.
- Cancelling or reactivating the subscription.
Everyone else sees the billing summary and no buttons. That is by design, not a fault. See Managing your subscription.
Your data
You can take your records out at any time, without asking anyone, as CSV or Excel. See Exporting your data.
How your information is handled is set out in the privacy policy, and the terms cover the rest.
