These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website barbernexa.com and the BarberNexa application — a fast, modern app that helps barbershops run check-in, appointments, daily turn numbers and their whole team from one place. By using BarberNexa, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BarberNexa, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
BarberNexa is an app for barbershops: clients book appointments themselves on your public booking page, walk-ins get a daily turn number at check-in, and your whole team works from one fast, modern app built for the barbershop counter. We may improve or modify the service over time.
3. Your Account
To use BarberNexa you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. You agree to provide valid payment information and to keep it up to date. Fees are charged in the currency selected for your shop.
5. Your Data and Privacy
To provide the service we collect your name, email address, shop name, country, currency and payment information, and we use web cookies. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
BarberNexa is owned and operated by barbernexa.com. The service, including its design, code and content, remains the property of barbernexa.com. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
BarberNexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, barbernexa.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you of any changes by email. Your continued use of BarberNexa after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
