What BarberNexa is

The front desk, the calendar and the numbers for an urban barbershop, in one place.

BarberNexa runs the working day of a barbershop. It replaces the paper list at the counter, the notebook of appointments, and the spreadsheet somebody updates on Sunday night.

It is built for the counter first. Every screen works on a phone or a tablet, because that is what is actually within reach while you are cutting.

What it does

The front desk. A customer walks in, you check them in, and they get the next turn number of the day. It takes a few seconds and one hand.

Appointments. A shared calendar for visits booked ahead, whether somebody called the shop or booked themselves.

A public booking page. Every shop gets its own link. Customers pick their services and a real open time — never a time you cannot actually serve.

Ratings. After a completed visit, customers who left an email get a link to rate it. You decide whether those ratings appear on your booking page.

The numbers. Revenue, completed visits and services performed for today, this week or this month — plus a CSV or Excel export whenever you need the raw rows.

Who it is for

There are two plans, and the difference is the size of the shop rather than the length of a feature list.

Studio is for a barber working alone. It includes the front desk, turn numbers, appointments, the booking page, the dashboard, exports and ratings.

Barbershop is for a shop with several barbers. It adds everything that only makes sense with a team: staff accounts with roles, per-barber services and weekly schedules, per-barber performance, and a booking page where the customer can choose who cuts their hair.

Plans and pricing covers the two side by side.

One idea worth knowing early

A walk-in and an appointment are the same thing in BarberNexa — a visit. An appointment is simply a visit with a time on it that has not happened yet; when the customer arrives you check it in and it joins the same queue as everybody else, with the same turn number and the same ticket.

That is why there is no separate "appointments list" to reconcile against the day's work. There is one record of the visit, from the moment it is booked to the moment it is paid.

What you need to start

An email address. That is enough to create an account, set up your shop and add your services.

A card is only needed when you subscribe, and nothing is charged during the 14-day trial.
